I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to Campus Dining for the new eco-clamshell program they have rolled out this semester. Gleefully, I picked up my token this past week, and have used it to save the world another piece of plastic doused in the delectable sauces of the pasta bar. These clamshells not only make a wonderful new accessory, they make the air better to breathe, the manatees and other sea creatures happier, and save some space in our already overflowing landfills. So here’s a pat on the back to the lovely people at Campus Dining. Thank you for adding the flavor of sustainability to my daily home-style.
