Have you ever wondered what it feels like to dream out loud? LOUDreams.com creates just that experience. It gives the illusion to the blog’s visitors that they are indeed experiencing thoughts and dreams out loud. This blog is perfect for one of those days when you’re in bed feeling lazy but still want to go on an adventure. Visitors will explore different forms of art and culture, such as a new line of clothing for different seasons and new music, at this fast, fun blog. LOUDreams’ mission statement is to provide visitors with a “daily dose of everything necessary. 100 percent life 0 percent emissions” and to consistently inspire people to become a Loudreamer; people who aren’t afraid to step out of the norm, just like the artists featured on the blog.

Ironically, the idea for LOUDreams was produced in a dream that co-creator Joseph Aslam had around August of 2008. He shared his dream with close friend Shakeib Siddiq and the duo has been publishing the powerhouse blog which has rapidly been increasing the number of hits per day, now with over a million of hits.

The blog covers a number of different areas to stimulate the senses and the mind through the use of humor, fashion, art, architecture, music, food and indeed, the blog does provide all essential aspects and components of life. Every day is a different surprise. One day the blog may feature a new line of clothing and the next, a music video. Aslam, along with a growing number of bloggers, have jumped on a viral renaissance movement to re-establish the availability of raw art to the masses. The staff chooses to feature ingenious ideas and works of art from artists who truly do think outside the box.

In an interview with Aslam he addressed his plans to consistently update his blog. “Creativity, art and ingenuity have progressed the human race positively for centuries, we want to keep pushing that,” said Aslam.

For a blog which covers so much subject material, the layout of the blog itself is very crisp and easy to navigate. All of the different categories on the right hand tool bar are displayed for convenience and almost daily, the bloggers provide new brain food. Recently, the blog reviewed an iPad case that looked like the cover of a vintage book, and French pop star Uffie’s new music video was featured to satisfy viewers with a taste for music.

Visiting LOUDreams is always a treat and a simple, effortless way to broaden one’s horizon about everything that is new in pop-culture. Do not confuse LOUDreams with the likes of TMZ or Perez Hilton. The bloggers of LOUDreams dig a lot further into modern society’s underground sub-culture exposing undiscovered artists, photographers and designer labels, such as local rapper Outasight. The staff’s direct e-mail is on the website, so any artists, designers, musicians or other “creators” who want exposure can submit their work.

Aslam and his contributing staff at LOUDreams are always on the prowl for “LOUDreamers” working to raise the bar in creativity.

Indeed, LOUDreams provides visitors with an abundance of life without any excess emissions. LOUDreams is not just a blog. It is space for people to discover the possibilities of the world at the convenience of a mouse click.
