I just wanted to publicly thank the Marketplace staff for the awesome pre-Thanksgiving feast put on a couple weeks ago and for the great job they do every day. The Thanksgiving feast was particularly memorable; the turkey was moist, the mashed potatoes not lumpy, and the cranberry sauce fresh, more than I can say about the food at the Thanksgiving dinner I attended.
It was also really great how local and organic ingredients were utilized when possible. Living off-campus, I don’t make it to the Marketplace as often these days, but I made sure to make the trek that Thursday and gladly stood in the lines letting the savory aromas pre-heat my appetite so to speak. Thank you all again for the great feast and the delicious food you all prepare every day.
